Lee Villa Mobile Home Park is a community of about 113 mobile homes located between Adrian and Tecumseh at 2985 Gady Road, a block from Occidental Hwy. When the current ownership took over they brought with them the vision of turning the somewhat poor reputation of Lee Villa into a prestiegous and proud neighborhood where one would want to live and call home. Lee Villa is now very quiet and relaxing mobile home community where everyone seems to enjoy living. All homes come with a small yard and very wide streets with plenty of parking. There are no shared walls whatsoever. We encourage landscaping and gardening. Pets are welcomed as long as the owners adhere to park policies. All utility services are provided by local utility companies. Monthly rental payments on the homes vary depending on size, age and condition, but tend to be lower than the monthly rent on an apartment. We have a great rent to own program. You are welcome to move in your own mobile home, buy a new home and place it in our park, or buy one of our homes.
